Who counts as a paid member?
Authors and editors — the people who draft, revise, and negotiate agreements. Signers and viewers are free on every plan in unlimited numbers. Inviting someone to review or sign an agreement does not add to your seat count.
Can AI agents participate in agreements?
Yes. AllSign treats AI agents as first-class participants — they can be provisioned with their own identity and added to agreements as authors, editors, signers, or viewers. Agent participation is tracked in the audit log on the same terms as human participation. MCP server access is available on the Organization tier and above.
How is our agreement data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every agreement carries a cryptographic signature over its JSON and Markdown representations, making any tampering detectable. Every action — editing, signing, commenting — is recorded as an immutable operation with IP address and user agent. The audit trail is not a report; it is the primary record.
What compliance certifications does AllSign carry?
SOC 2 and GDPR compliance controls are included on Organization and Enterprise tiers. Enterprise adds custom compliance configurations, IP allowlisting, and data residency options. Compliance documentation is available on request during early access.
Who owns my agreement data if we cancel?
You do. Agreements are yours. All paid plans include full export in JSON, Markdown, and PDF — you can take a complete copy of your agreements and audit trail at any time. Nothing is locked to the platform.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Anytime. Switching to annual applies the discount at your next billing cycle. Switching back to monthly takes effect when your current annual term ends. No penalties either way.
