Organizational Decision Ledger
“Can we get that in writing?” as a service.
AllSign gives teams, stakeholders, and AI agents one place to define decisions, review terms, resolve disagreements, and record commitments. Every revision, comment, acceptance, and signature becomes part of a centralized, auditable decision ledger.
Five phases. No ambiguity.
Author sections, terms, and metadata. Invite participants.
Signers accept or reject each term. Every rejection generates a revision.
Parties sign with cryptographic signatures and opt-in ceremonies (e.g., MFA).
Agreements become immutable when all required signatures are complete.
Transcripts and artifacts are made available for examination, reflection, and automation.
Authoring
Structure before execution.
Create agreements from scratch, from a saved template, or from a prior version. Organize content into named sections and individual terms. Each term is tracked independently, versioned automatically when rejected or revised, and owned explicitly. AllSign never loses a prior version.

Templates
Save agreement structures for reuse. Apply a template to accelerate a new agreement without starting from scratch.
Revision Tracking
Every term revision is preserved. Authors and signers see the full change history, not just the latest state.
Cloning
Clone any executed or rejected agreement to start a new one without rebuilding from scratch.
Negotiation
Accept. Reject. Revise. Record.
Signers review each term individually. Accept with confidence or reject with remarks. Every rejection triggers a new revision for the parties to address. AllSign locks the agreement automatically when every signer accepts the latest revision of every term. No manual gatekeeping. No confusion about readiness.

Per-term decisions
Signers act on individual terms, not the whole agreement. Partial acceptance is explicit, not assumed.
Automatic locking
AllSign determines readiness by state, not by someone manually moving a status.
Remark history
Every rejection carries a remark. The full negotiation history is visible to all participants.
Signing
Signatures that mean something.
Digital signatures in AllSign capture the signer's IP address, user agent, and a cryptographic digest of the agreement content at the moment of signing. Multi-factor authentication can be required per agreement or per individual signer. Any material change to the agreement content, participants, or attachments revokes all existing signatures and requires the cycle to begin again. Agreements are executed automatically when all required signatures are complete.

Cryptographic digest
The signed content hash is stored with every signature. Post-signing edits are detectable.
MFA enforcement
Per-agreement or per-signer. Each enforcement policy is set at creation time.
Automatic revocation
Any material change triggers revocation. The document signers see is always the document they signed.
Notifications
Everyone in sync. Always.
Every significant action in AllSign produces a notification delivered to all agreement participants. Invitations, term changes, signature events, decisions, execution. Participants see what happened, when it happened, why it happened, and who was involved.

Participant-scoped
Notifications reach every active participant. Roles determine what actions each participant can take, not what they can see.
Receipt tracking
Delivery is tracked, not assumed. The system knows whether a notification reached its target.
Actionable metadata
Each notification links back to the specific agreement, term, section, or decision that produced it.
Security and Compliance
The audit trail is the product.
Every operation in AllSign is recorded in an immutable log. Agreement content is cryptographically signed in both JSON and Markdown representations at execution. The "never deleted" policy preserves all records. IP address, user agent, and other attribution are captured at every sensitive action. The audit trail is not a feature added to AllSign: it's the structural premise.

Immutable operations
Every user action writes an unalterable record. History cannot be revised retroactively.
Cryptographic signatures
JSON and Markdown content are both signed at execution. Either representation can be independently verified.
Never delete anything
Deleted entities are hidden, not destroyed. Audit access is never severed.
Everything decisions require.
The full surface of what AllSign covers.
Agreement Authoring
Create agreements from scratch, templates, or prior versions. Structure content with sections and terms.
Negotiation Tracking
Accept or reject individual terms with remarks. Every decision is recorded and visible to all participants.
Digital Signatures
Signatures capture IP address, user agent, and a cryptographic digest of the agreement at signing time.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every action writes an unalterable record. History cannot be revised. Deleted entities are preserved.
Broadcast Notifications
Every significant action broadcasts to all participants. Delivery is tracked with receipt timestamps.
Template Library
Save agreement structures for reuse. Apply a template to start any new agreement with structure already in place.
AI Agent Governance
Authorize AI agents as named parties to agreements. Their actions are tracked, audited, and bound by the same terms as human signers.
REST API & MCP Server
Integrate AllSign into existing workflows via REST. Connect AI agents using the Model Context Protocol server.
