Terms of Service

By creating an account, accepting an invitation to a workspace, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

AllSign provides tools for drafting, negotiating, signing, and tracking structured agreements — including authoring workflows, digital signatures, audit trails, and AI-assisted features. We may improve or modify the service over time. Material reductions in core functionality of a paid plan will be communicated to affected subscribers in advance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm others or the integrity of the service.

• Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, account, or data
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without written authorization
• Do not send unsolicited communications or unlawful content through the service
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us

You retain all rights to the agreements, documents, and other content you create in the service. By using the service, you grant AllSign the limited license necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service — and for no other purpose.

You are responsible for the content of your agreements, including having the legal right to upload it and the authority to execute the agreements you enter into through the service.

The service — including its software, design, and brand — is owned by AllSign and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to AllSign's trademarks, service marks, or trade dress.

Feedback you voluntarily send to AllSign may be incorporated into the service without compensation or obligation to you.

Your use of the service is subject to AllSign's Privacy Policy, available at allsign.app/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you. By using the service, you consent to processing of your data as described there.

Paid plans are billed per billable member on a monthly or annual cycle. Authors and editors are billable members. Signers and viewers are not.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Trial periods convert to the free plan at expiry — no content is deleted, but plan limits apply to new activity from that point forward.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice to you where practicable.

Executed agreements and their audit trails remain available for export for ninety days after workspace deletion. After that period, they are permanently removed from our systems.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AllSign does not provide legal advice. Templates and AI-assisted drafting features are not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllSign's aggregate liability for claims arising under these terms is limited to the total fees you paid to AllSign in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllSign and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Most disagreements can be resolved by contacting us at legal@allsign.app. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in AllSign's jurisdiction.

Exceptions: either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the service. Claims eligible for small claims court may be brought there without arbitration.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllSign operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
